Fender has unveiled a new limited-run Stratocaster series paying tribute to iconic guitarists who shaped modern music.
The new “Legends Series” includes custom finishes, tonewood selections, and hand-wound pickups inspired by artists like Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, and Stevie Ray Vaughan. Only 500 of each model will be produced globally.
“We wanted to celebrate the sounds that defined generations,” said Fender’s Custom Shop director. Each guitar features engravings and unique tone circuitry to match the signature styles of the legends they’re modeled after.
Preorders opened and sold out within 24 hours.
